Испытательный срок
При устройстве на работу может быть назначен испытательный срок. Работник или работодатель могут прекратить трудовые отношения в период испытательного срока. Однако прекращение трудовых отношений в период испытательного срока не может основываться на дискриминации или на не относящихся к работе причинах.
Наибольшая продолжительность испытательного срока составляет 6 месяцев. В случае срочных трудовых отношений испытательный срок не может быть больше половины срока действия договора, но не более, чем 6 месяцев.
