About the service
The Fair Play at Work service provides reliable information about the rules of Finnish working life and the rights of employees in Finland.
This service is maintained by Central Organisation of Finnish Trade Unions (SAK). The content of the service is based on our extensive expertise in employment-related matters and multidisciplinary collaboration with a broad network of partners. Our goal is, among other things, to prevent work-related exploitation by providing information to those entering the workforce and offering easily accessible employment counselling.
