和你所在工作单位的员工代表或劳工保护代表沟通。员工代表(工会谈判代表)代表单位的员工和工会。他们是由员工集体选举的员工。劳工保护代表监管员工职业安全并了解相关法律。
如果你的工作单位没有员工代表或劳工保护代表,请联系你的工会地区办公室或致电工会热线。
如果你不是工会成员
与同事或工作场所劳工保护代表沟通。如果未找到解决方案,可以联系职业安全和健康机构或致电 SAK 员工权利热线。
